Description
Automatic Fire Suppression Kit for Vintage VW Bus, Porsche 911, Corvair and other Vintage Small Engine Cars with Ignition Circuit. Manufactured by Blazecut Fire Suppression Systems
Includes the Blazecut T300ES Automatic Fire System and an Ignition Circuit Shut Down Kit. Complete Package and Easy to Install.
The BlazeCut "T" series system provides simple, and cost-effective fire protection for small enclosures. Consisting of a heat sensitive tube made of special plastic and closed on each end by a stainless steel fitting, the BlazeCut system is designed to rupture and expel its extinguishing agent when temperatures inside of the protected enclosure rise above a critical threshold.
This unit is IP rated(weatherproof), vibration resistant and heavier duty. It has a single throw, two pole switch. That gives you one N/O and one N/C contact. The wiring is under a cap on the switch, and the wires are attached with screw terminals. Vehicles, mobile applications, any exposure to weather, harsher environments, or any applications where you need a N/C contact under pressure.

Directions:
1. Read and understand the switch wiring information from the T-Series manual.
2. Install T-Series tube and locate the switched end in an accessible spot close to the coil. Leave the switch end loose until wiring is complete.
3. Remove the keyed hot wire from the coil +15 terminal. If wire terminal is uninsulated, replace with blue insulated terminal from kit.
4. Connect blue wire from harness to keyed hot wire using male/male insulated connector
5. Connect brown harness wire with red terminal to coil +15 terminal
6. Route harness to pressure switch.
7. Trim length to fit
8. Connect blue wire to switch terminal #3
9. Connect brown wire to switch terminal #2
10. Install cover on switch, careful not to over tighten.
11. Finalize installation, securing the T-Series per manual.
The ignition circuit will be complete while T-Series is pressurized. In the event of discharge the ignition circuit will be interrupted preventing the engine from starting. This also lets you know the unit is in good condition.
The BlazeCut Switch can be easily bypassed by reconnecting the keyed hot ignition wire to the coil.
